Grilled Tomatoes With Fresh Herbs And Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A fresh, easy, grilled tomato salad using the fruits of the season from Emeril Lagasse and Good Morning America.
Ingredients
Directions
Preheat a grill to medium.
Toss the tomatoes with 3 tablespoons of the olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Place the tomatoes on the grill in a grill basket and cook for 2 to 4 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a platter to cool slightly.
Drizzle with the remaining extra virgin olive oil and garnish with the chopped herbs. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper to taste and serve, either warm or at room temperature.
