Executive chef Michael Schulson from the restaurant Buddakan in New York City demonstrated several leftover recipes with an Asian twist on Good Morning America. And they don't have to be just for Thanksgiving! Try Turkey Dumplings with Cranberry Gelee, Moo Shu Turkey, and some great Charred String Beans with Black Bean Sauce anytime.

Sauté ginger and garlic until lightly golden. Add string beans and remaining ingredients and sauté for about one minute, or until heated through.
