Berry Herbal Tea with Orange Slices

Appetizer : Tomato, Corn and Basil Soup
Lunch : Thai Shrimp and Papaya Salad
Beverage : Berry Herbal Tea with Orange Slices
Per Serving: Calories 28.4; Fat 0.1 G; Protein 0.2 G; Carbohydrate 7 G; Cholesterol 0 MG; Fiber 0.5 G.
Ingredients
3 cups purified water
4 red zinger tea bags
1/2 orange, sliced
1 cup apple or cranberry juice
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, washed and hulled, or frozen strawberries, cut in half, or fresh raspberries, washed
Directions
Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Drop in the tea bags and orange slices. Pour in the apple or cranberry juice. Remove from heat.
Cover and let the tea seep for 3 minutes.
Remove bags and drop an orange slice into each of the 6 heat-resistant glasses, distribute the berries evenly among them, and then pour the tea over.
Serve hot or chilled.
