Traveling WV: Wild Mountain Soap Company
Fayetteville W.Va. —
What began as a hobby for Phillip and Mary Peelish of Fayette County, has turned into a wildly popular business. They tried making homemade soap one weekend and loved the results. After family and friends started requesting more, the Peelish's decided to open a business, and that's when Wild Mountain Soap Company began. The Peelish's are certainly "cleaning up"!
Wild Mountain Soap Company also creates lotions, body butter, solid lotion bars, and bath bombs all with the same scents that can be found in their original soap line. Phillip says many customers have been able to stop using lotion because of the moisturizing effects of their all natural soap products. West Virginia State Parks also feature Wild Mountain Soap Company products in all of their lodge rooms around the state.
