Traveling WV: Five Springs Farm
Fayetteville W.Va. —
After retiring to her beautiful farm in Fayette County, Pam Bailey had to make a decision about an old farmhouse located on her property..demolish or renovate, Pam chose the latter. After a long and tedious rebuild, Five Springs Farm is now open for guests. This historic house, built in the late 1800's, offers a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, sitting room, two bedrooms and a screened in porch under roof. Many old materials were preserved to maintain the integrity and historic character of the structure. It is simply decorated to ensure comfort, lend charm, and celebrate the house's age.
This rental is the perfect retreat from which to stage a New River Gorge adventure. Built in the 1800's, this newly renovated, charming farmhouse sits on a working farm with stunning pastoral views. This rental is the only farm stay in the Fayetteville area, yet is close to all the area's amenities.
