Traveling WV: 2016 a Year In Review

The beautiful Highland Scenic Highway in Pocahontas County. (WCHS/WVAH)

After thousands of miles in every season, another year of Traveling WV is in the books, and what a year it has been.

2016 began in Hancock County, the geographic "top" of West Virginia, at the Homer Laughlin pottery plant where Fiestaware is manufactured exclusively, and the year ended in Greenbrier County at the old Greenbrier Baptist Church in southern West Virginia.

The Mountain State never ceases to amaze me with its variety of people, places, and personalities!

I hope that you the viewer enjoyed seeing and learning some things along the way, I know I certainly did! I'm humbled and honored to bring you these stories each week, so get out there and enjoy our home, there are truly some amazing things to see and people to meet.

If you have a story idea for me, please shoot me an email, I'm always looking! Enjoy this look back at 2016, and I'll see you on the road in 2017!
