It's strawberry pie week at Jim’s Steak and Spaghetti House in Huntington.

The restaurant expects to sell more than 10,000 slices of its signature sweet through Saturday. The business plans to donate 50 cents of every slice sold to benefit Sid Torlone. Torlone is the owner of G.D. Ritzy's and was a victim of a violent attack allegedly by a former employee at his restaurant last month.

"I think that this has been sort of a horrendous horrific attack and I think it would help the Torlone's know that they have the city of Huntington behind them," General Manager Jimmie Carder said.

Aaron Rafael Ingram, 49, was arrested in April for the beating of Torlone.

Torlone is currently recovering at a local hospital.
